8x8 4K HDBaseT Matrix + 8 Receivers 40m/70m Range at 4K/1080p

This is a 19 inch, 1 rack unit sized HDBaseT matrix that can route any eight sources to any eight displays.  Mirrored HDMI Outputs on port 1 and 2 also allow connection of two additional displays via HDMI cable.  The switch supports up to 4K2K@60Hz YUV 4:4:4 and HDR along with high definition audio formats including Dolby TrueHD, Dolby Atmos, Dolby Digital Plus and DTS-HD Master Audio. Embedded audio extractors make stereo analogue or digital coaxial audio available at the back of the switch. 

Distribution range is up to 70m at 1080p or up to 40m at 4K via single Cat5e/Cat6/Cat7 cable.  The 8 included receivers are powered over Ethernet.  The system supports IR passback to allow control of the TV sources from in front of the remote displays.  Control of the matrix is via the front-panel push buttons, IR remote control, smartphone app, RS-232 interface, TCP/IP or web GUI.

PLEASE NOTE:  This matrix does not offer matrixed IR (this is why this model is so attractively priced!).  The IR received at display 1 will only control the source connected to input 1, the IR received at out 2 will only control the source connected to input 2...and so on. There is a global IR output that will emit regardless from where the IR command has been received.  If you only have one of each source device then using the global output will be fine, but there will be an issue to work around if there are multiple identical source devices (eg 2 or 3 Sky boxes).  The switch itself will respond to IR commands from the IR receivers at every display.
